The environment was warm and cozy. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff are welcoming, helpful and extremely generous in looking after theirr gguests. The artwork displayed throughout the hotel is of an exceptional quality and reflective of the impressive talent of the many artists in the region. The little extra details go a very long way. I will defiinitely look for an opportunity to visit again.

This hotel is a luxurious gem located in the heart of town with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the room was spacious and provided all the amenities I needed. the outdoor dining area was magnificent and the private facilities were extraordinary.
The only minor issue was that the location wasn't as central as I expected, and it was a bit of a hassle finding a restaurant open on Sunday. this was easily remedied by the helpful staff, who were always ready to provide useful suggestions.

Great Christmas Break
Spent the Christmas holiday at a cozy, charming and intimate hotel. The location was perfect, walking distance from a beautiful beach and shops. The best aspects of my experience was the warm welcome from the staff, who were always ready to assist you with anything you needed. The room was well-provisioned with good quality toiletries and the bed was very comfortable. to this, the hotel had a lovely pool area and beautiful gardens that you could relax and enjoy.
While there were many positives to our experience, the only negative was the dated bathroom which could use some refurbishing. Other than this, the hotel was a wonderful choice for our Christmas break and I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a quaint getaway.

Cute Bed n Breakfast. The staff in the dining room were lovely and helpful. The decore is a bit old but clean and a bit too much art work on the corridor walls but the balconies overlook the pool which is a good size surrounded by a nice dense garden.
It could benefit with an redesign of it's 1990's decore (peach colour cornices, floral pattern bed spread) and overabundance of local art work for sale though I found it a kind of cute and it's well maintained and clean. Biggest issue was inconsistent water temperature in the shower.

Our cozy room was modern and spotless, and the bathroom was luxurious. the friendly staff provided top-notch service at every turn. the complimentary breakfast satisfied all tastes, and the pool and tropical garden were impeccable. Dining at the onsite restaurant was sublime; otherwise, the nearby waterfront cafes were excellent alternatives.
There was no free WiFi available throughout the hotel.

Food was really lovely - great quality breakfast and elizan's was really good too. Great value for money with b'fast and meals included. Generous nightcaps provided. It was a very cosy environment - decor is very old fashioned but well maintained, lovely artworks. Very relaxing environment and fantastic for kid free holiday.
Was a little bit like being a in a retirement village (but truthfully this wasn't so bad!)

Management exuded a atmosphere of total relaxation. Nothing was any trouble. The food was equal to any 5 star retaurant and certainly a lot better than some that I have experienced. The rooms were more than adequate with every conceivable tv, sound equipment, at our age we were quite happy to go for walks which the surrounding area was magnificent. I woul and have already reccomended the Ulladulla Guest house to my Club members and friends. Unfortunately I did not get to do any fishing as I forgot my fishing reels back home-hoever we played a most excelent game of golf at Mollymook and had the course to ourselves.
